A morning dedicated to exploring how illustration can thrive outside publishing for children and young adults, by supplying its skills to quality products aimed at the same target audience: toys, apparel, and other experiences that extend illustrations and characters in books beyond the publishing world. At the end of the session, experts from the world of animation, apparel and toys will share their know-how during an hour-long portfolio review with young illustrators to help them explore the many professional opportunities out there for their artwork.
